Get Ready With Me #2 Visiting the Relatives

Hey Peeps :)

How was everybody's Christmas celebration? Mine was just spend visiting the numerous relatives that i have. It was so fun catching up with my baby cousins and aunts & uncles, and grandmothers & grandpas. It was very eventful but obviously it was tiring too. Nevertheless, i had fun. Usually when i'm visiting my relatives, i want to look nice but simple. Especially when it comes to makeup coz my family isn't into all this super red lipsticks and eyeshadows. They are more conservative.

So my makeup was very simple that day. It can literally be done in 10 minutes. I skipped foundation and just conceal under my eyes (using the Benefit Boi-ing Concelear) and applied my new Maybelline gel liner on my top lids and i used my (also new fave) MAC Faux lipstick. I felt like filling in my eyebrows so i did using the Bobbi Brown Chocolate Eye palette with the shadow called 'Chocolate'. That's all for my face.

For my outfit, I decided to go with a simple black and maroon blouse from Dorothy Perkins and my simple black Audrey Pants from Giordano. Since the outfit is simple i decided to spice it up a little with my animal print hand bag (also from Dorothy Perkins). For my shoes, i wore my neutral brownish-beige heels. I got this heels from Nichii early this year for such a cheap price. I remembered that it was on discount and i only spend like RM 50 or less for it.

Anyways, so this is the complete look! Yay or Nay?

These are the heels! Closed up pic in case you couldn't really see it :D
Happy New Years, everybody! Can't believe the year 2013 is almost over. This year has seriously been so eventful for me filled with ups and downs. May the following year bring us all joy and happiness. All you gotta do is just pray to God and he will be there for you! :)

Bye bye 2013. Hello 2014 :D

Dorothy Perkins Haul ~ 3 Looks!!!

Hello fellow beautiful readers!

Today i'm doing a small Dorothy Perkins haul. I've been doing some clothes shopping in the month of November for Diwali so this is what i got. I bought 2 dresses, 1 top and 1 skirt. I think you girls must have already figured out that Dorothy Perkins is my favourite clothing store. And that is absolutely true. The clothes there are just so modest, classy, sophisticated and gorgeous. I know that it is slightly on the pricier side, but i really love their clothes. So for me, spending money on DP clothing are worth it.

Another reason why i love Dorothy Perkins is because their clothes just fits me so nicely. I wear the size UK 8 (which is a US 4) and it always fits me so well. Not like MNG clothes. I almost never buy any clothes from MNG because i find their sizes weird and it always does not fit me properly. I can never find jeans at MNG. I only usually buy purses and handbags from there. So anyways these are my outfits.

The first look is just my lacey white top paired with a mid-length geometrical blue pleated skirt. I think this combination looks very vintage and modest. It is also very comfortable. Plus, I love vintage looking clothes, anyways. The top was retailed at RM 118 if i'm not mistaken and the skirt is RM 186 (I think, sorry not so sure because i ripped out the tags already but it is somewhat that price).

My second look is a dress that i wore for my friend's Hen's Night Dinner. But it's floral. I know! Florals aren't really dinner date material but i don't care. I like it that way. LOL. It was retailed at RM 233. This dress is soooo gorgeous! I love it because it's pretty and modest at the same time. The length is appropriate to be worn with the family and it's pretty enough to be worn when you're out with your girls too. Win win, right? :P

The third dress is also similar to the other floral dress. It's in a sky blue colour with floral prints too. Dorothy Perkins was in a floral mood that season, i guess. Haha. I love the detailing at the hem of the dress. It's unique. This dress was retailed at RM 233 too but i got it for 10% off because i have the Fashion Fast Forward card. So, again girls, please go get your card if you love to shop at Topshop, Miss Selfridge, Dorothy Perkins, Diva, Warehouse etc. It's really worth it.

That's all. By the way, Dorothy Perkins is having an end year sale. So you might get some dresses and tops for 30% to 50%. Go get it! I got my dress that i wore to my friend's wedding reception for 30% off. It's from Dorothy Perkins too. Be sure to check out that post if you haven't already. BTW, New Year's Eve Makeup Look is coming up soon!

Lots of love from me <3

Get Ready With Me #1 Wedding Reception

Hi girls!

I attended my friend's wedding reception last Friday. The reception was so lovely. My friend obviously looks stunning! Everything went as planned and it was such a perfect day. I went there with my other friends (both girls, whom I did their makeup too!). Here's the makeup look that i was wearing on that day. Since it is a night event, i wanted to use a deep coloured lipstick to match my dress which happens to be maroon in colour.

I took the risk of doing a berry coloured eyeshadow look with a deep red lip look. A combo which i do not dare try but i did, anyways. And i think it turned out relatively well. I used the BH Party Girl palette eyeshadow which has a berry coloured shimmery eyeshadow. Then i used my new NAKED 3 palette. This palette is amazeballs! I can't stop using it for my makeup looks lately. Urban Decay really DOES make awesome eyeshadows. No wonder all the Naked palettes get so much hype! It really is fantastic! I'm planning on getting the original Naked palette too.

So anyways, for my outer corners of the eye, i applied the colour Blackheart to create a v-shape effect. For my crease, i used the colour Factory from the Naked 3. This is a very shimmery and beautiful crease colour. Then i took the lightest colour from the Naked 3 palette called Strange and placed it at my brow bone as a matte highlight. For my inner corners, i used the colour burnout. I even applied some to the inner of my lower lash line. I wanted false lashes, but my eyelash glue had dried up. So i had to go with just my natural lashes.

I applied my favourite mascara which is the Revlon Grow Luscious Mascara. After that mascara has dried up, i applied my Victoria's Secret Lash Dare mascara. And then after that i applied my Maybelline Rocket Volum' Express Mascara for good measure. You girls totally don't need to wear so much of mascara but i like it this way especially when i'm going out for an evening event. I also applied the VS mascara on my lower lash. I lined my eyes as usual and then did my regular cat-eye wing effect.

For my cheeks, i bronzed it with my MAC Mineralize Skin Finish. And then i applied my 'Love, Rihanna' Bronzing Powder as a blush since it still have that raised "R" effect which is peach in colour. So it gives my cheeks a natural nice peachy look. I did some basic highlighting on my cheekbones and nose with my Topshop Highlighter in Crescent Moon.

For my lips, i used my favourite vampy lipstick, MAC Diva. But then i decided that it was a lil too dark for a wedding reception so i added another lipstick on top of that which is the Wet & Wild lipstick in the shade Red Velvet (which is a pretty bright red lipstick).

For my outfit, I bought this dress from Dorothy Perkins for RM 175 (this is the discounted price. The dress was 30% off). Dorothy Perkins is having a sale now by the way. I used my simple black Mary Janes from Dorothy Perkins, yet again. I wear a UK 4 as a shoe size from DP. My faux leather purse is from Forever 21 and it was retailed at RM 89. I skipped wearing any bangles or bracelets. But i did get new earrings from Forever 21. The earrings were RM 19. As for my hairstyle, my friend helped me create that whole 'bump-it' look. I kinda like it but at the end of the day, it did look kinda messy.

What I Use To Achieve This Look :-

Nivea Pore Minimizing Moisturizer
Revlon Photoready Primer
Revlon Colourstay Foundation in Hazelnut

Makeup Look #9 Classic Christmas Party Makeup (Red Lips)

How is my babes doin'?

Hope everyone is well and healthy. So, since Christmas is tomorrow, you girls must have loads of parties to attend. Today, i'm doing a classic Christmas Party makeup which obviously involves red lips. Of course, if bold red lips isn't for you, then you could always switch up the lipstick for a berry colored lipstick or even a mauve pink lipstick. Let's get started!

I started first by applying the MAC Prep + Prime on my eyelids. Then i took the eyeshadow 'Strange' from the NAKED 3 palette. And then i took the colour 'Pearl' (from the VS Midnight Jewels palette) which is a white shimmery shadow and put it all over the 'Strange' eyeshadow on my eyelids. Then i took the colour 'Light' (from the NAKED 3) and placed it on my crease area. I took the colour 'Quartz' and place it on my browbone as a highlight. I decided that i wanted a more glittery look so i took the shadow 'Diamond' from the VS palette and placed it over my eyelid for that extra glitter boost.

Then i concealer under my eyes and primed my face. I applied my powder foundation and bronzed my cheeks with my MAC MSF. I applied a blush from the BH Glamourous Blush palette. The colour is as below.

I lined my top lash line with my new Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel liner. This gel liner is the best in the world. It has a smooth application and the black colour is intense. This liner does not smudge either. I went to Watsons and got it at Melaka when they had the whole buy-1-free-1 promotion. So i have 2 of these. I'm lovin' it so far.

For my lips, i wanted the classic Christmas red lips. so i wore my MAC Riri Woo lipstick. You girls can use the MAC Ruby Woo too. This lipstick looks exactly like MAC Riri Woo and it is in the permanent line of the MAC lipstick collection.  Also, you girls can totally wear a berry coloured lipstick or even a nude lipstick for this makeup look. Use whatever lipsticks that you are most comfortable with. Anyways, this is the finished look!

So that's all girls! MERRY CHRISTMAS! Hope everybody is having a great time with all their loved ones. I love you all <3

H&M Knitwear Haul (2 Looks!)

Hey babes!

So i went shopping some time ago with my bff and we went to Paradigm Mall. We wanted to go to KLCC but my uncle's family dropped by to officially invite my family to his son's wedding. Guess who my cousin brother choose to be the bridesmaid? ME! LOL. I am so excited. I always wanted to participate in a wedding. And i finally can. I have exactly 1 and a half months to lose some weight. So yeah. Random update update about my life.

Back to shopping at Paradigm Mall. I love Paradigm Mall because of 2 reason; it's the nearest Sephora from where i live and also it has a super huge H&M store there. It's like the best of both worlds. Even Victoria's Secret is opening there soon. I can't wait for that. So i was disappointed with Sephora this time because they didn't have so many brands anymore. I dunno what happened but they no longer sell Nars and Chanel anymore. Like whaaaa? No Nars? Gosh, now we all HAVE to go all the way to KL CITY to buy our Nars products. Why Sephora, why? I ended up not buying anything from Sephora eventhough they had some Christmas sets from Stilla and Soap & Glory etc.

Then i went to H&M and became happy all over again. H&M never disappoints me. I absolutely love their clothes, accessories, shoes and everything. H&M is awesome! I'm so excited because H&M just opened in One Utama which is like a 5 mins drive from my house. Their clothes are good quality and so affordable. It's stylish and just simply amazing. So obviously i had get myself some of that loveliness from H&M. After an hour of looking around, i got 2 knitwear sweaters and 2 pairs of leggings. I don't know but i'm so into knitwear lately. Maybe because it's cold nowadays.

I know i know, Malaysia is a hot country but it's the rainy season now. So it does get kinda cold at night. Like there is no blazing hot sun outside. I don't even sleep with my air-conditioned on anymore. But probably it will get hotter after this rainy season. But who cares, i'm always feeling cold in the mall. I'm one person who can't stand cold. I absolutely hate cold environment. So, i bought this knitwear to wear when i'm going for a movie (Cinemas are ALWAYS like an igloo to me). Or even just hanging out at the malls. Malls here are really cold. Anyways, both the sweaters are super comfortable and stylish. I bought cream coloured and the other one is in burgundy.

They are retailed at RM 79.90 per sweater. I think that is very reasonable for a comfy thick sweater. It's soft, keeps you warm and also very comfortable. it does not make your skin itchy or have rashes. I bought the size S. But it is still kinda large for me. But i don't care. Sweaters are meant to be slightly loose anyways. The leggings were retailed at RM 39.90 per pair. It's sort of made from a thin material. I got one tribal printed leggings and the other one is a black spandex look? Both leggings are comfortable and has a super good length. Usually leggings length stop right at your ankle. But these ones are kinda long so they sort of create a folded effect on the feet which looks very flattering in my opinion.

I'm wearing the cream coloured knit sweater with the tribal print leggings and the burgundy knit sweater with my black leggings. I think this combination is the best. I like it that way. So below are the pictures of me wearing these outfits. How do i look? If you liked it, head to your nearest H&M stores and pick up these items. The sweaters comes in many colours. So just get the ones you like.

That's all for today. Till the next post then :)

NYX Lip Pencils Review (Super Affordable Lip Liners!)

Hello, beauties!

So i just attended my friend's wedding reception. It was such a beautiful day. Me and my friends dressed up and yes i did their makeups too! I'll be posting a OOTN of what i wore and my makeup look for the reception. Be sure to check that out. As for now, i wanna talk about some really awesome lip pencil or lip liners. Whatever you want to call it.

I discovered the NYX lip pencils early this year in March or April when Sephora opened at Paradigm Mall. Since it was so inexpensive, i decided to try them. So i remember getting to colours; Soft Brown and Natural (since i always use nude coloured lipsticks for everyday use). One lip pencil is retailed at RM 19 if i'm not mistaken. That is, if you purchase it from Sephora. And these lip pencils are amazing!

The reasons why i LOVE them so much are as below :-

- they are as good as they MAC lip pencils (sheesh, i always compare any cosmetic brand to MAC lol)
- so inexpensive
- has a wide range of colours
- long lasting on the lips
- smooth application on the lips
- easily available in Malaysia
- easy to use for beginners in makeup
- lip pencils are relatively long (a lot of product)
- comes in a wooden pencil form (i absolutely hate the retractable lip liners. They break easily and i find that the product in them is less than when they come in a pencil form)

I have 9 colours of the NYX lip pencils:

849 Beige
810 Natural
819 Soft Brown
858 Nude Pink
854 Pale Pink
839 Dolly Pink
835 Pinky
844 Deep Red
811 Nutmeg

Swatches are as below :-

From Left to Right : Beige, Natural, Soft Brown, Nude Pink, Pale Pink, Dolly Pink, Pinky, Deep Red, Nutmeg

To me, there is no cons for this lip pencils. They are just the perfect everyday lip pencils. They are not expensive. Hence, you can experiment with bold colours or even use it everyday. Since it's relatively cheap, using it everyday isn't going to burn a hole in your pocket. So i rate the NYX lip pencils as 10/10. It's amazing, girls. You have to try it. I usually get the Natural, Pinky and Soft Brown from Sephora. However, the Sephoras in Malaysia do not have many colours. They have many colours, but they don't have alot of the colours that i want (dolly pink, pale pink etc). So i actually get them from eBay for only RM 10! I buy in bulk 6 lip pencils for only RM 60 plus shipping cost included. Lemme know if you want the details of the seller whom i'm buying it from! So worth it.

That's all for now. Till the next post then. Happy Holidays everyone! <3

Makeup Look #8 Bachelorette Party!

Hey ya'll!

So my friend is getting married! Woohoo. Don't you just LOVE weddings?? The whole process of planning the wedding, the bridesmaids and of course the BACHELORETTE party. I'm so excited for my friend. Congrats, babe! I hope my special day will come soon too. Keeping my fingers crossed. After all, the best things in life comes unexpectedly.

Anyways, back to the makeup look. Since it's a bachelorette party, i wanted to do a fun, girly makeup look. I wanted to definitely use colours in my makeup look. So i choose pink. This whole look is going to be very pink but in a tasteful way. I wanted to use pink because it's a fun and girly colour. Very suitable for a bachelorette party, i may add.

For my skin, i wanted a more full coverage look. Thus, i used my MAC Studio Fix Fluid and also the Revlon ColourStay Foundation. The reason i have to mix these 2 is because the Mac foundation is a lil light for me and the Revlon one is a lil dark for me. I tell you, the most annoying thing about MAC is that it does not have the perfect foundation shade for my skintone. I am actually NC 43 (and this colour cannot be found in Malaysia). So i'm always forced to buy NC 45 which is kinda dark on me. That's why the other day i went and got the NC 42 but no way. This is light. I hate when foundation looks lighter than my neck. So usually just get the darker one anyways.

I wanted to look pretty sculpted in this look. So i tried to do some light contouring on my cheeks with a dark brown eyeshadow from the BH cosmetics 88 matte eyeshadow palette since i don't own any contouring kit. I'm trying to order the Sleek Contouring kit online, but it's apparently out of stock till next year. So i just have to make do with what i have now. Ain't nobody got time to wait till next year! Then for my cheeks, i'm using the NYX Mosaic Blush which is a pretty shimmery pink blush. After that, i highlighted my cheekbones with the Topshop Highlighter in Crescent Moon.

For my eyes (warning : this is going to be a heavy eyeshadow look), first, i'm going to apply my MAC Prep + Prime primer all over my eyelids till the brow bone. Then i take the NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk which is a white colour all over my eyelids only. This is to make the eyeshadow colour pop even more. I only use the technique whenever i'm using a bright colour as my eyeshadow. Then i apply the The Body Shop eyeshadow all over my eyelids. The i take the MAC Love Thing Mineralize Blush and swipe it over the outer corners of my eyes. This blush is very pretty as an eyeshadow. I find it too dark to be worn as a blush. Then i take another softer pink and apply it over the The Body Shop shimmery pink shadow. I only applied the soft pink on the inner parts on the eyelids. And then i took the colour Ruby from the Victoria's Secret Holiday Eye kit applied it on my crease. I took Brushed Gold (also from the VS palette) and applied it to my inner corners to brighten up my eyes. I used Quartz to highlight my browbone.

Then i take my facial wipes to clean up any eyeshadow fallouts on my face. After that, i applied the Maybelline Hypersharp Liner. I traced my Benefit BADgal eyeliner pencil on top of that for a more matte finish. I wanted to go for a winged out look so i used the Maybelline eyeliner again to create it. Then I applied my Revlon mascara. I topped it off with my Maybelline Rocket Volum' Express mascara for my drama. After that, I take the darkest brown eyeshadow from the Bobbi Brown Chocolate eye palette and fill my eyebrows in lightly.

For my lips, i wanted a fuchsia coloured look. So i used my new Sleek Lipstick in Mystic. Before applying the lipstick, i used my MAC Pro Long Wear Lip Pencil in Fashion Boost to make it look defined and neat. So that's it for my makeup guys! Hope you girls like it and will try it out for any other special event that you have to go to. Byeeeeee :D

Riri Loves MAC Holiday Collection ~ Bronzing Powder in 'Love, Rihanna'

Hello everyone!

So you've probably read my post on both the Riri Loves MAC holiday collection lipsticks. But if you have missed it, please check it out here; Riri Woo lipstick review and the Bad Girl Riri lipstick reiview. Today i'm going to do a review on the Bronzing Powder from that same Riri Loves MAC Holiday collection. It's called Love, Rihanna. It is retailed at RM 120. It comes in a pretty packaging with white and rose gold colours. The cover is transparent with a rose gold "R". I give a 10/10 for packaging. It is so pretty to look at.

The Love, Rihanna bronzing powder is a soft golden brown colour. I would say that it has a satin finish to it. The first few times of using this product, you'll get a more peach-ish brown look because of the "R" over spray colour in a frosty, copper colour. So this makes the bronzer apply more peach. I think it's such a beautiful colour with the frosty raised "R" sign. However, it is just a over spray so it's going to disappear soon as you use it. You can actually just scrap it off too if you're not into the frosty peach copper colour. But i like it. So i'm kinda disappointed that it's just an over spray.

But anyhow, it is a gorgeous bronzer colour for fair to medium skintone. Darker girls can totally use this as a cheek colour. I've been using this product so much. It's just a very nice bronzer shade for me. And the "R" colours, makes an awesome 'blush-like' appearance for me that i don't have to use any blusher. This is a picture of me using the Love, Rihanna Bronzing Powder. I have to say, I love it. It gives my cheeks a natural glow. It doesn't look like i have a heavy bonzer look going on.

Please ignore the messy background! LOL was cleaning up my room that day.
And this is the swatch of it on my finger. See how pretty that frost look? Hmmmm i can't believe i'm saying this but i'm beginning to accept shimmer and frosty makeup into my life. I noticed that it does give you dimension and it can flatter your makeup if you use it properly. So yeah. I like them now.

Anyways, i think by now this Love, Rihanna Bronzing Powder would have been sold out at the MAC stores. So for those of you who missed out, you can still get the eyeshadow palettes from this collection. There are 2 eyeshadow palettes. If i'm not mistaken, you can also still get their liquid liners too.

So that's all for now! Till the next post then :)

My Current Skincare Routine (Clinique -The Best Skincare Brand Ever)

Hey girlies!

Let's take a break from makeup and take about our skin. We should always take good care of your skin because at the end of the day, the makeup comes off and you just have your skin. So that's why it's so very important to have a healthy skin. I used to have pimple scars but it has all faded and gone thanks to my generous mum, for buying the Clinique Skin Care collection for me. What will i ever do without my mummy? She is the best mum any girl can ever have.

Anyways, back to the skin care. I'm currently using Clinique products. And honestly, among all the other skin care products I've used throughout my entire life, this is the most awesome and effective products. I used the word 'effective' because it REALLY works. My major skin concern is uneven skintone. And after using the Clinique Even Better dark spot corrector, my skintone is so much more even (though not perfect yet but it's getting there) and all the dark spots are gone. I cannot stop raving about these awesome products.

Clinique is a higher end brand but seriously, it is worth every penny that you spend on it. I've only been using this skin care for 4 months yet my skin has improve as though I've been using it for years! Like the Lancome Spot Corrector works too but i noticed that it takes a way longer time than the Clinique Even Better Dark Spot Corrector. The Clinique Even Better Dark Spot Corrector is retailed at RM 340. And this is my absolute holy grail of dark spot corrector and also making your skin look more even. It is suitable for all types of skin; oily or dry. It does not have any scent to it which is nice.

Sometimes face creams can have the most obnoxious scent ever. And then you have to bare with it while it's slathered on your face. But this Clinique Even Better Dark Spot corrector does not do that. That'a why it is the best product ever. Like it works. If you have any post-acne scars or just any discolouration on your face, go and get this product. Save up if you need to. I'm definitely getting this again if i ran out of it.

The second rave-worthy product is the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing gel. I got the small size one which is in 50ml for RM 68. I'm getting the bigger one when this runs out because this is another great product. And all my girls with oily skin, this should be your holy grail moisturizer. Yes, oily skin girls SHOULD moisturize your skin. Many people have these perception that only girls with dry should moisturize their skin. No such thing. All girls should moisturize your skin.

This Clinique Dramatically Moisturizing Gel is yellow in colour. I find that very cute because most creams are just boring and white. Besides that, this product is supposedly fragrance free, but i do get a slight refreshing scent whenever i apply this on my face. It feels cool and keeps my face moisturized throughout the night. And in the morning, i face do not look oily or whatsoever. I skin feels so soft and smooth and well-hydrated. It is just wonderful. A must-have for girls with oily skin.

The next product that my mum got me is the Clinique Even Better Eyes. It is a dark circle corrector. It was retailed at RM 155. It comes in a small tube of 10ml. I'm supposed to apply this cream around my eyes twice a day. But obviously that's difficult because i'm usually out during the day and i can't be applying cream around my eyes and making it look oily. So i only apply it once before i go to sleep at night. I dunno if this cream really works. At the beginning, it did work kinda well. But then it reached a point where it like stopped working. As in it doesn't brighter up the dark eye circles even more. Or maybe my sleep habits are so bad. But yeah, i'm going to have to skip this dark circle corrector the next time and try the Dermalogica under eye cream. Apparently that is better.

When i got these 3 products, i received many miniature products from Clinique (my mum is friends with the Clinique lady at Metrojaya, Pelangi Mall). One of it was the Clinique Liquid soap. It's in the oily skin formula. It's a good facial soap but it doesn't foam up very well. So i didn't really like that part.

But i did like the Clinique Clarifying Lotion for Combination skin. I've finished this up already. It came in a small 30ml bottle. I am going to get the full-size packaging of this product.

I also got the Clinique Moisture Surge which is really good and can be worn under makeup. So that's nice for us girls that love wearing makeup. It's moisturizing but does not make your skin look like an oil slick.

So that's all. Clinique Skin Care is my new best friend now. It works and it's amazing. Though it's on the pricier side, this skin care product is amaze-balls! You have to try it to feel it.

Love you all very very much. Thank you for reading!

DIVA Haul 2 !

Ola girls!

YAY! Diva recently had a sale again! Of course, me being the shopaholic that i am, has to go get something. I finally ended up buying 2 necklaces and 2 midi rings. And i got some pretty good deals. The fist necklace that i got is a simple gold chain with a pretty butterfly pendant. I think it's cute and simple. You can wear it with anything; jeans and a top or even a summer dress. The butterfly pendant is encrusted with some crystals. Obviously not real crystals but you get what i mean. This necklace was originally priced at RM 29. But because of the sale, i got it for RM 13. That's a good deal for me. This is why i always wait for the sale to buy my Diva stuff.

My second purchase is another necklace. This necklace has a very sweet look as the pendant is heart shaped. The chain is just a twirly chain. I've been using this necklace for so many times already. It's sweet, romantic and dainty. It's just the right length making it perfect to wear with anything. It was RM 29 before discount. I got it for RM 13. The only downfall for this necklace is that sometimes it can get tangled up because of the twirly chain. But other than that, it's perfect. It also comes in the colour silver too. But i prefer gold.

Next are 2 midi rings. I'm not sure if you girls know but midi rings are totally in right now. I've seen so many of the YouTube makeup gurus wearing them. I think midi rings are awesome. They are such a fun accessory to play with. Even with my thin fingers, i managed to find 2 really pretty midi rings from Diva. Take note that these rings were not on sale. But i had to get it because it is just so beautiful and gorgeous for me to resist. Plus it was only RM 13 per ring. I think that is a good price because i'I'I've always been wanting midi rings since i saw those makeup gurus wearing them. The first one is a cute ribbon (bow) shaped and the other one is a peace symbol. I love them equally! Pictures are down below.

So that's all that i got from Diva this time. If you like anything, i'm pretty sure you can still find them at any Diva outlets because the sale is still going on. And don't forget to use your Fashion Fast Forward card to collect points. Till the next post then, girls!

Riri Loves MAC Holiday Collection ~ Bad Girl Riri Lipstick

Hello pretty ladies,

Welcome to another blog post of ANOTHER lipstick from the RIRI loves MAC holiday collection. Yup, you're right. It's the MAC Bad Girl Riri lipstick review! Woohoo. I've been using this lipstick for a week now. And i love it. MAC Bad Girl Riri is a cool tone reddish brown. It kinda reminds me of the MAC Taupe lipstick. But Taupe is just brown. It does not have any redness in it.

MAC Bad Girl Riri is a matte lipstick (thank god, not a retro matte), so it's long lasting. I find the formula to be non-drying. It's a lil creamy for a matte lipstick (kind of like MAC Cozy Up). It's esay to apply and the colour stays on for 4 hours without needed to be touched up. Of course if you're having oily food, the lipstick will come off. Otherwise, it doesn't transfer onto other stuff.

The packaging is gorgeous. It's the standard Riri Loves MAC holiday collection packaging which is the rose gold lipstick cover and a white tube with the "R" sign in the rose gold colour. Of course the lipstick is limited edition so it's actually more expensive than the standard lipsticks. It is retailed at RM 75. Usual MAC lipsticks are RM 68. The Viva Glam range is only RM 65. So, i think the RM 75 is for the packaging actually.

This brown colour with slight hints of red looks amazing on every skin tone! That's what i personally think. Though for darker girls, it might actually be a pretty nude lipstick too. For fairer girls, it will actually be a gorgeous brownish red lipstick! For me it looks like a have a brown lipstick on. I like it. It's opaque and very pigmented. This is the swatch of it on my hand. So pretty right?

And this is how i look with MAC Bad Girl Riri lipstick on. Yay or nay? I usually do a simple makeup whenever i'm reviewing a lipstick because i want all the attention to my lips and not the eye makeup whatsoever. Hence, the no eyeshadow/blush look.

Bad Girl Riri looks more lighter in the pictures. In reality in is actually darker than how it is shown in this picture! :)
And that's a wrap! :) PS: I'm not sure if you are still able to get this lipstick. Try MAC Cosmetics in Tebrau City, Johor. Because it was already sold out in most shopping malls in KL. Don't forget to check out my MAC Riri Woo lipstick and also the Love, Rihanna Bronzing Powder from this collection too.

I love you all long time <3
